親愛的Rti團隊：
你好！我來自印度西孟加拉邦，向你們致以最誠摯的問候。
我叫Rabi Sankar Bosu，是新視野廣播聽眾俱樂部的創始人和會長。
將近39年前，在1985年一個雨中的盛夏夜晚，我偶然收聽到了當時稱為“亞洲之聲”的中央廣播電臺的英文節目。
如今，我通過網絡收聽Rti的節目，並總是抽時間訪問Rti網站。Rti的英文網站讓我感受到台灣的親切與親近。
回顧過去，我懷念2006年和2008年我與Rti董事長林峯正 、鄭優以及節目主持人黃佳山在加爾各答相聚的美好時光。
不過，我仍然感到遺憾，因為由於護照和簽證問題，我未能參加2011年「來自全球＠祝福」國際畫作徵選活動的頒獎典禮。
毫無疑問，在95年的歷程中，Rti在將台灣的聲音傳遞到世界各地方面發揮了重要作用。我的心總是與“雙十節”的民主與自由理念相連。我真誠地希望未來的日子裡，我們能繼續保持友誼，支持Rti！

Namaste and Warmest Greetings from West Bengal State of India! (I am Rabi Sankar Bosu, Founder and President of New Horizon Radio Listeners’ Club. Nearly 39 years ago, on one rain-soaked midsummer evening of 1985, I happened to pick up the English broadcasts of Radio Taiwan International, then known as “Radio Taipei International”. However, nowadays I listen to RTI programmes on internet. I always find time to visit the RTI website. The RTI English website is making Taiwan dear and near to me. Looking back down the memory lane, I recall bright moments of my meetings with RTI Chairman Feng Zeng Lin, Yu Cheng and Senior Programme Host Carlson Wong in Kolkata in 2006 and 2008. Still I felt pain in my heart as I could not attend the Prize Award Ceremony for my winning entry in your “All eyes on Taiwan Painting Competition” in 2011 due to my passport and VISA problem. There is no doubt that over the 95 years, RTI has played an important role in bringing Taiwan’s voice to the outside world. My heart always goes there where “Double Ten Day” speaks of democracy and freedom without fear.
